Chain maille is gaining popularity and is an artform in itself. Whether you are interested in traditional chain maille, jewellery making or sculptures, this class is a great introduction to the craft. You will learn the basics of chain maille for jewellery making while being shown how to make a helm rose using the helm chain weave. The helm rose can be used as a pendant or combined with other weaves to make other jewellery. Your instructor will have examples of other chain maille weaves to inspire you and is happy to take requests for other classes.

Ages 12 and up. Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy: As we purchase materials based on the number of attendees for each workshop we are unable to refund tickets. We do welcome you to pass your ticket to a friend to come in your place. Please email us if you do wish to change the name on the ticket. In the event that the class is cancelled by Hobbymedo, fees will be refunded or alternative dates offered.
