Stonehenge is perhaps the world’s most famous prehistoric monument. It was built in several stages: the first monument was an early henge monument, built about 5,000 years ago, and the unique stone circle was erected in the late Neolithic period about 2500 BC.
To celebrate the winter solstice we are offering this interactive session on making a Stonehenge diorama. The session is being run as a group activity where participants use their imagination and creativity to make their own diorama. Participants will be provided with a range of materials and shown how to use the equipment available.
For this activity you will get to make a Stonehenge diorama the way you want with the help of our friendly staff, you will have access to our paint, glues and free recyclables. You may also bring your own materials if you have something specific that you need.
Duration: 2 Hours

- We have a lounge area and coffee machine for non-participants to use.
- Take home the diorama you created
- Access to our recycables to make a Stonehenge Diorama the way you want
- You don't need to bring anything, you will have access to our free recycables.
You must wear enclosed footwear.
Ages 6+ Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy: As we purchase materials based on the number of attendees for each workshop we are unable to refund tickets. We do welcome you to pass your ticket to a friend to come in your place. Please email us if you do wish to change the name on the ticket. In the event that the class is cancelled by Hobbymedo, fees will be refunded or alternative dates offered.
