This class takes you through planting basics focused on planting cat grass, cat mint and cat nip to be grown indoors for indoor cats presented by Rohanne Young of The Delectable Garden and then a talk by veterinarian Dr Michelle Loke of Capalaba Vet Clinic on managing common behavioural problems in cats such as inappropriate soiling, clawing, counter-cruising, etc. as well as discussing indoor activities you could adopt for your cat. At the end of the class you will have the opportunity to ask questions of the workshop presenters.
Anyone interested in constructing a purpose made timber planter with removable cat hammock may book into one of our planter beginner woodworking classes. These planter boxes are also made to order for anyone wishing to pre-order one ready for you to plant after the class.

Cancellation Policy: As we purchase materials based on the number of attendees for each workshop we are unable to refund tickets. We do welcome you to pass your ticket to a friend to come in your place. Please email us if you do wish to change the name on the ticket. In the event that the class is cancelled by Hobbymedo, fees will be refunded or alternative dates offered.
