Join us for an interactive fun pasta cooking workshop and enjoy a different afternoon in a real Italian atmosphere.
Hosted by Michelin Star trained chef Marcello Farioli the workshop attendants will enjoy a snack and a complimentary glass of prosecco while participating in a fresh pasta workshop that covers how to make fresh egg and flour pasta from scratch.
This session will be held at Farioli’s new restaurant I Maccheroni, a hole-in-the-wall eatery in Rose Bay with the goal to serve and teach communities about seasonal, sustainable and simple classic Italian food.
About Marcello & I Maccheroni:
Farioli has over 15 years experience in Italian cuisine making him an expert when it comes to making and cooking pasta. In Australia, he has been long involved in Sydney’s Italian Food scene, being the chef responsible for setting up 10 William st, collaborating with the Vini group and working at Otto Ristorante and Pendolino.
Having started as a Catering company, I Maccheroni offers Cooking class by day, Classic Italian Eatery at night, Events Catering.
The restaurant has been opened for 3 months and in this little time, it has been nominated as one of the best new Italian restaurant in Sydney by Broadsheet.
Amazing pasta class, we had some delicious starters and wine, and the class was casual but well thought out and we shared a meal at the end like a big Italian family. Well worth the price!
