I had a wonderful weekend learning the various techniques that can be used for hand-building. The teacher was really patient, great at explaining things and generous. It was a far cry from my experience making coil pots in primary school. You really can make beautiful and usable items.

I loved everything about this class and cannot recommend it highly enough! The instructor was patient, encouraging, highly skilled, genuinely helpful and attuned to the individual needs of each participant in the moment. She was flexible above and beyond the call of duty with accomodating everyone's wildest creative wishes and make you feel comfortable with where you wanted to take your ideas. The space was light and lovely and airy and it was inspiring to be doing the classes in a place that is dedicated to arts at a broader community and social level. It made you feel part of a broader community and ethos. And I loved knowing part of my fees for the class were going back into such an important broader social project that will help the people that seek their studios, rather than just into someone's business. I learnt heaps and made heaps and got messy and had a ball! I'll definitely go back for more! THANK YOU!!!!

This workshop is totally fabulous. My daughter and I did the course and had such a great time. It was like going on a creative holiday for the weekend. Very relaxing, inspiring and we learnt many skills and made many great items...tea pots, cups, plates etc. I HIGHLY recommend it. The class sizes are small and the teacher is generous with her time, creativity, humour and patience. There is an abundance of clay and the freedom to explore techniques and play. You get to learn great skills and be creative at a fraction of the price of other courses. The profits go to charity.....that's pretty hard to beat. We will be back........
