Katie Krauss, a chef with over 15 years of experience in some of Melbourne’s top restaurant kitchens, heads up the Salami Master Class, offering a hands-on, intensive and practical approach to this ancient and epicurean tradition.This course will run for up to 3.5 hours, where we will learn the 5 critical steps to making beautiful salami. Learn about fermentation and safely fermenting salami under the correct conditions.  Come prepared to hone your knife skills and enjoy the creativity of flavour and then a selection of our own cured meats from this season with beautifully baked bread, olive oil, cheeses and a glass of wine!

This class is a hands on learning experience. We truly believe that the learning is in the doing. Our goal is for you to walk away with all the necessary training and information you require, so that you will have successful salami making at home.

The whole session was filled with so much information, step by step process and hands get in and do it! It was fabulous and the course leader was knowledgeable and ran the class in a most engaging and easy to enjoy style. Highly recommend!
