In this 3 hour hands-on workshop, we will be producing traditional crusty Baguettes, beautiful pull-apart Epi breads, crispy string-like Ficelle, the leaf shaped "Fougasse", and seeded Petit Pain perfect served as a warm dinner roll with cultured butter.

Learn how hand mixing dough can be fun and SUPER easy. Understand the artisan traditions and techniques that help you to achieve that beautiful CRUST and lovely crumb structure. Be introduced to the world of "preferments" that will take your bread making to the next level! And take everything you make home with you along with the recipes to impress your family and friends for years to come.

This was such a fun afternoon, learning about the whole process of French Bread baking at Brasserie Bread. Anthony was so knowledgeable about bread making and generous in sharing that knowledge with the group. Thanks Anthony and BB... I'll certainly be signing up for the Sour-dough class soon.

I've done a lot of cooking classes and this was one of the best. Anthony was an excellent teacher, knowledgeable and engaging, and I was really happy with the results, which I proudly took to dinner with friends that night.

This was the second course I've undertaken on the art of bread making and by far the best! Boris (your bread master) is engaging, knowledgable and has time to answer all of your questions. Highly recommended course! Be aware, it will likely go over the 3 hour time allocation and you'll go home with a load of bread under each arm, especially if you do the afternoon session.
