This October, we will be teaching kids just how truly special the fruits of our land are!
Brasserie Bread thinks it's important to teach our younger generations about our roots, so in a topic not often represented these school holidays get ready to learn all about Australian native ingredients; the food of indigenous Australians for many thousands of years.
We will be making the most scrumptious old-fashioned Chocolate Bikkies with a very special variety of Wattleseed called 'Desert Oak'. We guarantee the kids will LOVE these bikkies so we will provide you with this delightful recipe to try at home after the class.
But it doesn't end there, a trip to the bakery would not be complete without some crusty bread to take home too, right!? So we will make some yummy cheese sticks sprinkled with Saltbush for that mouth-watering salty flavour we all love on a bread stick, except with naturally 20% less sodium than usually regular salt!

We are Australia's leading artisan bakery and we LOVE baking good bread!
We want to teach and inspire you to bake good bread at home too, so we have custom built a training school called 'Breaducation' where we hold frequents classes for adults, children, school excursions, corporate team building sessions and loads more! These hands-on baking classes are designed to introduce people of all ages to the joy of baking artisan bread.
We bake bread filled with nutrition and flavour, working with farmers from the best wheat growing regions in Australia. It’s important to us that bread eaters are getting the very best, so what better way to help consumers make better choices than to teach them what we know?
