We are an independent family owned garden retailer in the heart of Brookfield.

We pride ourselves on good old-fashioned friendly customer service, this is extremely important to us. Our staff all have different areas of expertise and will endeavour to answer all your queries. In the gardening world one never stops learning, the world of nature and plants is just too vast to ever come to the end, we find that exciting!

We want your experience to be a creative one, a place where you can gather ideas and be truly inspired. We constantly change and update the displays, bring in new product ranges and think of exciting new plant combinations.

One of our favourite quotes “If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.” Marcus Tullius Cicero. We welcome anyone who is starting out on this long journey and are keen to encourage new aspiring gardeners. If you really need lots of help we have an expert team in the landscape design side of the business to help you create your dream garden.

21 December 2017 • Kids Workshop: Make a Christmas coconut planter

We all absolutely loved the Christmas coconut planter workshop. It was well organised, wonderful activities that kept the kids entertained. All the kids were so happy with their planter and card.

Was not excited to be going however once there it was really interesting and fun!.

29 September 2017 • Kids Workshop: Bug Bed n’ Breakfast

Disappointing workshop. We enjoyed the echidna workshop so much we came back for this one but it was a very different experience. The bee hotel was a great idea but it was very disorganised. Not enough resources - a few tiny packets of seeds was not enough to complete the painting for everyone. 4 small packets of clay was not enough for 16 children! It was up to parents to open and cut the clay. The presenter left for 10 mins to get bamboo and then a grandmother had to cut it up for everyone. A child knocked over a pot of paint and we were told there was nothing we could use to clean it up! The workshop was finished after 20 mins and we actually ended up finishing it at home properly. Hopefully it was just a mishap because it's a great idea in such a beautiful setting.
