Description

Herbs have been used for centuries for health benefits and one of the most common ways of taking them was through teas. Karen Sutherland, of Edible Eden Design, will guide you through their cultivation requirements and how to use them in herbal teas. Sip your way through some teas during the class to discover some new favourites, including some Australian native herbs.

Suitable for all gardeners.

Presented by Karen Sutherland

Karen dug her first vegie patch at 8 years old, and has developed this into an obsession, with more than 100 edible and useful plants in her north suburban garden. Working as a gardener and landscaper for over 20 years, she now focusses on edible garden design – inspiring and helping others to grow their own produce.
