Really enjoyed the cheese tasting and learning about Meredith dairies Was interesting getting different recipes and matching the cheeses with fig and ginger jam and smoked salmon Would definitely recommend this class to others

The organiser went through a lot of effort to ensure the flow and pace of talk was just right. The beautifully plated tasting portions were laid out on specially designed placemats so everyone could follow what the presentor said and knew what to taste with which pairing.
