Description

Create a stylish piece for your home by casting a wooden stool in resin! In this fun and creative 3.5 hour class you'll unpack your stool, learn how to put it together and then start the creative process! You'll learn how to cast with epoxy resin, blending in pigments, dyes and metallic powders and then pouring it over the wooden surface to create a beautiful stool for your home.

Complete your masterpiece using a blowtorch to really make the colours pop. Show it off to friends and family and let them know you made it!

The class includes all materials including the stool. Our class sizes are limited to 6-8 participants to ensure individual attention.

Due to the professional grade of resin used in the class we will arrange for your stool top to be delivered to your home or work within 7 days, once it has fully cured. Alternatively you can pick up the stool top and legs between 2 and 14 days after the class.

Please note: You must be 18 years or older to participate in the workshop. We do not recommend this workshop to pregnant women as chemicals in the form of resins are used.

Refunds: Please note that this course includes a booking fee of $8. In the event of a request for a refund, the fee of $8 will be deducted from the amount refunded. A minimum of 7 days notice must be given for cancellations and refunds.

Really enjoyed the class and the company. Working with resin was great fun - certainly a lot to learn about how all the pigments, dyes and powders work together and interact so look forward to experimenting more in the future. Our instructor was lovely and took the time to help everyone - it was a small class but we had so many ideas - it was awesome to see all the different directions your resin work can take.

I chose to do this class as I wanted to build my confidence with this medium. I have been wanting to experiment with it for a while now! This was perfect! A lovely small class, a great instructor/mentor: Amanda; who spent quality time with us to explain & demonstrate how it worked! She is very approachable and supportive. I am thrilled that I have now got the basics to go ahead and play with this medium in my own home. I'll be resin-ing everything in sight!
