In this class we offer you the practical skills you can use daily in your own kitchen.
From our selection of basic but essential butchery skills, you will learn how to debone a whole chicken, make your way around a leg of lamb, and master the art of cutting and tying a pork roast. These skills are ideal for impressing dinner guests.

For cancellations and refunds on booked spots please contact Lorena (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least a week prior to the class. We book out weeks in advance and sometimes have a waiting list. Unfortunately, for bookings cancelled less than 3 days prior to the class, we will not be able to provide refunds as produce and equipment will have been purchased for you. If you wish to send someone else to take you spot we can facilitate this re-allocations or we may be able rebook your attendance to another date.
All class times are relative, and may finish before/after the allotted time depending on the number of attendees. Classes are also subject to late starts due to needing all attendees present for the safety induction.
Cannings will attempt to contact you on your mobile if you are running late on the day. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your ticket if you come late or fail to attend on the day. A reminder email will be sent out 3 days prior to workshop date.
Attendees must be 16 years or age or older.
Vouchers for the various workshops can be redeemed by the gift bearer when they wish to book themselves in.
Vouchers can not redeemable for cash or store credit and expire a year after the date of purchase.
