Cayla's career in hospitality was kick-started during her studies at Castlemaine Secondary College when she undertook the elective VET Hospitality. During this course, Cayla discovered her love for coffee, more precisely, Espresso.
From here, Cayla went on to do her Diploma in Hospitality. Cayla worked at various cafes/restaurants in and around Castlemaine, such as the Theatre Royal, The Good Table and Bells Belles just to name a few.
Fast forward to 2015, Cayla completed her TAE (trainer and assessor) certificate and began training others on how to prepare espresso coffees.
Now 4 years later with 10+ years of experience and knowledge under her belt, along with a move to Bendigo and a 2 year old daughter, Cayla still has a strong love and passion for the industry as well as passing her knowledge and love for coffee onto others.
