Description

Come along and have a stab at needle felting! This course is suitable for beginners right through to people who already have some felting experience.

The class starts off with you learning a bit about needle felting as well as learning the basic techniques. From there you will be able to make your own 3D needle felted creation. Beth will have have some examples of what you could make (fox, owl, koala, panda buddies will be there along with some cacti) but you needn’t feel bound by these. This is a space to let your creativity run wild!

Beth will also be providing the wool (including some lovely ethical wool from EWE in Daylesford) and some tools for use on the day. The pack of felting needles, felting information sheet, and your wonderful woolly creation are yours to keep.

Date: Sunday, 15th September
Time: 1.00pm to 5.00pm
Where: Castlemaine Community House, 30 Templeton Street.
Cost: $70 (Full) or $55 (Conc. or Early Bird Discount. EBD available until 25th August)

Materials: Please advise if you have trouble holding small things. If you’re worried, please note when booking into course and needles holders can be supplied.

Tutor: Beth Sayer, Little Grassbird
