Description

Learn how to sculpt the human head from clay with Ana Radovcich. Starting with an armature, participants will learn how to build the structure of the head and construct facial features and hair. Materials are included. Firing not included.

A minimum deposit of 25% must be paid before 25th October to secure a place in this workshop.

Date: Thursday 28th November - 19th December (4 weeks)
Time: 10.00am – 1.00pm
Where: Castlemaine Community House, 30 Templeton Street.
Cost: $135 (full) or $120 (Concession or Early Bird Discount. EBD available until 7th November)

Tutor: Ana Radovcich

Ana’s art practice moves between drawing, painting, installation and object-based work. She has been teaching drawing since 2009, employing both traditional and experimental techniques, delighting in sharing with others, the endless possibilities, challenges and rewards.

Castlemaine Community House is in Castlemaine, Mount Alexander Shire, within the Central Goldfield region of Victoria. It is situated 120kms from Melbourne, approximately an hour and 15 minutes from the city. Castlemaine is encircled by at least six towns, each with their own particular identity. In addition to its established population, the Shire is a magnet for an increasing population of arts practitioners, tree changers, down shifters and those pursuing an alternative lifestyle based on environmental sustainability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds Policy Cancellations and refunds policy:

  • No refund will be issued within 48 hours of the course start date or once the course has commenced.
  • A full refund, less a 10% administration fee will be provided for  all booking cancellations requested prior to the course start date.
  • Any flexibility outside the above policies must be approved by the Castlemaine Community House Manager.

Castlemaine Community House requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers.
