The Easter Bunny has hopped in to the Celebration Cooking kitchen! Join pastry chef and Chocolate Artisan Jessica Pedemont for this fun class about chocolate and how to make cake pops. Learn the art of making and shaping cake pops using cake mixed with ganache and/or buttercream. Jessica will introduce you to dipping techniques and using modern coatings such as cocoa nibs, edible dusts and glitters; and the tips and tricks of ensuring your cake pop stays firmly on the stick! Just in time for the Easter holidays.What you will learn:

  • Shape and mould your cake pop mixture
  • Fillings - using ganache/buttercream
  • Dipping and coating - chocolate, cocoa nibs, edible dusts and glitters 
  • Gift wrapping and correct storage of your cake pops 

Step by step notes with photos and recipes provided for each student. All products and fillings made using Pepe Saya butter, Country Valley Dairy (cream) and Swiss Felchlin Chocolate.Take home everything you make in a box and cellophane bags tied with ribbons.

Celebration Cooking with Jessica Pedemont is now offering cooking, chocolate, cake decorating classes in our fun classroom Sydney based kitchen.

Celebration Cooking offers a range of classes from pastry cooking to cake decorating and sculpture. Classes run are able to run 7 days week and are taught at our purpose built kitchen in Canterbury in Sydney's inner west. Classes run for 3hrs+ depending on the topic.A variety of cake decorating and cooking/baking lessons in a fun filled atmosphere where the utensils, equipment, aprons and ovens are all supplied. Over a dozen classes to chose from with classes made to order for 4 or more people.
