This is an informative course designed for beginner levels or a refresher course for somebody with experience in handling cupcakes, buttercream and making sugar roses out of fondant. Everyone who attends will gain a deeper understanding and knowledge of how to use fondant, buttercream and handling cupcakes with the techniques learned in this class you will be able to:

  • Set-up 12 cupcakes with buttercream
  • How to execute your cupcakes with pipping and plate knife techniques
  • Colour and handling techniques for fondant
  • Colour and handling of buttercream
  • Make icing Roses and how to apply to your cupcakes
  • Take home notes on the class with recipes and step-by-step guides so you can create it time and time again.

This fun day is filled with skills, knowledge, tips and tricks of the trade to help you improve your technique in working with this trending product.

Take home everything you create in a cake box.

All cupcakes provided are made from scratch, the buttercream is made with Pepe Saya Butter, Felchlin couverture chocolate and free range eggs in the cupcake.

Celebration Cooking with Jessica Pedemont is now offering cooking, chocolate, cake decorating classes in our fun classroom Sydney based kitchen.

Celebration Cooking offers a range of classes from pastry cooking to cake decorating and sculpture. Classes run are able to run 7 days week and are taught at our purpose built kitchen in Canterbury in Sydney's inner west. Classes run for 3hrs+ depending on the topic.A variety of cake decorating and cooking/baking lessons in a fun filled atmosphere where the utensils, equipment, aprons and ovens are all supplied. Over a dozen classes to chose from with classes made to order for 4 or more people.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refund is given, but you can give your booking to someone else. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be allowed to enter the class. Your deposit will not be refunded.

Celebration Cooking with Jessica Pedemont requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers.
