Description

Is your garden a bountiful delight, not sure what to do with your excess produce? This hand on workshop will focus on the principles of making jams, preserves and marmalades for yourself and gifts. You will learn how to extend the value of your produce and experience the joy of learning cooking skills that will assist you in becoming more self sufficient in your kitchen. You will get to take home your a bounty of handmade goodness. Cunliffe & Waters has built a well deserved reputation as a producer of some of the finest handmade preserves in Australia and their products are sold in the CERES Organic Shop. 

Our April 2016 participants will be making Gin Marmalade, Apple and Chilli Jelly, Rhubarb and Strawberry Jam, Cucumber Pickles, Brinjal Pickle

Trainer Bio:

Caroline from Cunlifee and Waters Now retired from active stove duties, Caroline oversees the day to day running of the business and fancies herself as a marketing whiz. Currently channeling her natural bossiness into teaching.

This class was outstanding! Caroline was amazing and resourceful

Not much at all. The kitchen in which it was held was dirty, had no clean teatowels and lots of flies, the course was really rushed and not at all planned, very disappointed actually.
