Clandestino Roasters

Vendor since 2015

We love coffee, we also love people who love coffee.

We are a coffee bean supplier and Noosa’s first specialty roaster. Since our beginning, we have been dedicated to producing the finest quality coffee and we’re certainly not going to slow down.

Living by the motto “flavour is paramount”, we are constantly searching and scouting coffee beans from farms all over the world. With every cup of coffee brewed; we want each moment to be a good one. Come join us on a flavour journey and further develop your taste buds so that you enjoy each cup of coffee a bit more.

The coffee courses take place in our learning facility that we lovingly call The Cube.

It's located right next to our Roastery and our HQ, so you’ll see where the action happens (and might even get lucky and get a quick tour of the facilities). With coffee it takes practise and time. Working hard to memorise facts is great but being able to translate why that matters, why that’s good, why that makes this taste unique or special – that’s what matters.

We designed our coffee courses the same way as we train our wholesale clients - where consistency is key and attention to detail makes all the difference.

We invite you behind the scenes to learn our craft.

Thankyou so much guys! You're incredible, I learnt so much in my course with you. I came in with no knowledge and training and came out understanding why it's so important to make coffee the way Clandestino does it. Plenty of time in the 2 hours. Even had time to check out the store and see how it all runs. Enjoyed every moment! The handbook is so important, deffitnely worth it!

Had a lot of fun in the course last Friday. Taylor was very helpful and add it super easy to learn. I didn’t know much about making coffee going into the course but came out with a lot of info and the learnt heaps. Thanks again. Best coffee in Noosa 😍

The introduction to espresso course was very good and I certainly learnt a few things. Highlights for me included getting hands-on with a commercial grinder and espresso machine, and milk texturing and pouring. An impromptu tour of Clandestino's roastery after the course was also awesome - thanks Josh! There were two of us doing the course, and my only criticism is that it would have been nicer to have two machines/setups and also a little extra time (perhaps 2.5 hrs?) as we ran quite short on time towards the end and had to rush through a couple of things.
