In this barista course we delve into the nitty gritty of producing great coffee using a commercial machine. A perfect pick for new Baristas or anyone keen to expand their coffee knowledge, this is a chance to gain the core skills necessary to get started in the specialty coffee industry.

The coffee courses take place in our learning facility that we lovingly call The Cube. 


It's located right next to our Roastery and our HQ, so you’ll see where the action happens (and might even get lucky and get a quick tour of the facilities). With coffee it takes practise and time. Working hard to memorise facts is great but being able to translate why that matters, why that’s good, why that makes this taste unique or special – that’s what matters.

We designed our coffee courses the same way as we train our wholesale clients - where consistency is key and attention to detail makes all the difference.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clandestino Coffee requires 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event for a full refund or transfer.  Refunds and transfers will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event commencing. We do not offer refunds for missed classes. There are no fees for refunds or transfers. For cancellations prior to the 48 hour cut off, email Clandestino Coffee to organise a refund or transfer

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Clandestino Coffee or organised by Clandestino Coffee must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Clandestino Coffee.

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Clandestino Coffee unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Clandestino Coffee classes and events or on Clandestino Coffee's premises. (For use of Clandestino Coffee marketing materials).

3.) REFUNDS

Clandestino Coffee requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class for a full refund or transfer. 

4.) CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund or credit.

This was a very well rounded course with a well considered and a very knowledgable trainer who essentially pre-empted a lot of my questions through her training, while providing knowledge and experience based answers to the questions that I did ask. She was also able to set me at ease by being so relaxed and taking part in the banter, which I really enjoyed. The ease of her training was very settling which allowed for easier learning in an art that had a few surprises. The custom developed wall charts were also an excellent resource in the learning experience. I now feel more confident in tackling new work experiences in this new venture. Thanks Clandestino!!
