This barista course covers the fundamentals of Pour Over and Steep and Release brew methods. It also unfolds the knowledge and tasting skills required to analyse brewing results and adjust brew parameters for better results.

At Clandestino Roasters our passion (some would say obsession) is coffee. We roast our own beans and supply many amazing cafes with our meticulously crafted coffee. We train in modern contemporary coffee making to suit our style of roasting, this is also know as Third Wave Coffee.

Our training courses are designed the same way as we train our wholesale clients. Our methods have been tried and tested with individuals from the beginner home coffee maker through to the professional barista.  Our attention to detail is second to none and our emphasis on consistency will ensure the results are achieved with minimal wastage.
