FREE Guided Photography and Nature Walk
Join us for a special, free guided walk hosted by Colin Bushell CPP, a local, award-winning professional photographer, and Peter Lehmann, a retired-Queensland Parks and Wildlife Ranger previously based at Walkabout Creek.
We will be doing a full circuit of the Enoggera Dam, an 8.5km walk, while providing hands on tips and tricks for getting the most out of your photography, and learning about some of its natural wonders as we go.
What you will learn
- Photography Tips and Tricks and some natural wonder!
What you will get
- A guided, professional walk for fun and learning.
The gates to Walkabout Creek should be open. However, if for some reason they are shut, you can park at The Gap Park and Ride, about 600m (7 minute walk). Please allow time, so that we can set off as a Group.
What to bring
- Camera, tripod, water, sunscreen.
What to wear
Sturdy shoes and appropriate attire for bush track walking.
Important Safety Information
The walk is on defined bush tracks, but can be rough and uneven. A good degree of fitness is essential.
