The teacher I had was Phill for a silversmithing day class and he went through everything step by step very patient and if you made and error or did not understand something Phill would show you why that error happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future and keep explaining until you looked confident. It was great to have such a positive atmosphere were the more advanced students were lovely and very helpful when the teacher was with someone else they would step in to see how you are going. As a result from the class I made a copper bowl from what was a sheet of copper which was pretty incredible. The techniques you use in this day course is a great foundation to silversmithing, would recommend to anyone willing to give it a go and show your creative side!!
