Description

In 2017 our Cheese Tales sessions will go beyond mearly tasting cheese and learning it's history. Our Cheesemonger has been working with leading chefs on creating single bites of perfection.

Think Raw Milk Cheese, think food science and think what can be created in this truly unique experience. Bored with quince paste? Want to learn more about pairing food, wine and cheese? Make Cheese the hero, that's what our Cheesemonger believes in.

Our sessions are heavily interactive with demontrations, mess, noise and a conversation between participants and the Cheesemonger. No two sessions will have the same combination of cheeses, the same order of service or the same conversation.

Beyond a simple cheese and wine matching, join our Cheesemonger Matt Steele on this journey through cheese as he serves the best cheese available on the day matched with beautiful organic and biodynamic wines. Matt has evolved an appreciation for cheese and loves to share his passion and knowledge in these small group sessions.
