In 2017 our Cheese Tales sessions will go beyond merely tasting cheese and learning its history. Our Cheesemonger has been working on creating single bites of perfection. Think food technology meets craft. Our classic foamed goat curd with beetroot lavosh, coconut charcoal and local honey being an example.

Our sessions are heavily interactive with demonstrations, mess, noise and a conversation between participants and the Cheesemonger. No two sessions will have the same combination of cheeses, the same order of service or the same conversation.
