May 2016

The masterbrew course was exactly what I needed to feel confident about starting a craft brewery. The course covered all aspects of the brewing process, with an exceptional focus on quality control, something that is imperative in the production of craft beer. Highlights were the 2 brewery visits. I recommend this course to anyone considering moving from home brewing to a commercial scale.

May 2016

I learned how to more likely achieve consistency between batches through temperature changes to the mash. I would have like to have learned more about recommended resources in writing a business plan for a microbrewery.

May 2016

The course was very good and covered all of the aspects of brewing that I set out to achieve at the start of the week. Vince is a very passionate and knowledgable instructor who used all of his 30 years in the industry to produce a really engaging experience. I would definitely recommend this class to others wishing to improve their home brewing and their general knowledge of the craft beer industry.
