Learn how to hulahoop for fitness, dance and fun. A great way to tone up your abs, build your confidence and discover your rhythm within the magical circle that is the hoop. The ideal class for absolute beginners focusing on foundational on and off body moves including the waist, hips, chest and hands.

This full body 90minute workout includes warm-up, conditioning, stance, saves, turns, moving the hoop up and down your body for booty hooping and chest shimmying, lassos, weaves, an introduction to hoop dance and warm down. No previous experience required. Hoops provided and will be available to order or purchase on the day.

Cost: $35 – Prepayment essential to secure booking. Numbers strictly limited.

Hoops flying everywhere but SO MUCH FUN. Bunny's a good tutor. We all got there in the end. And of course now I want to run away & join the circus!

This was my first time attending a hoop class and now I'm obsessed! Bunny is a fantastic teacher and I am looking into attending one of her regular classes in the future.

I learnt some excellent Hula Hooping techniques! I haven't used a Hula Hoop since I was a child and wasn't sure I'd be able to keep it "hooping". However, Bunny gave great advice and showed us several tricks to keep the hoop moving and in the right place. It was quite a gentle exercise, yet I was sweating and puffing by the end of the class.
