This is a workshop for parents (mum or dad) and their children and is available as a private workshop for you, a friend or sibling and their kids - limited to 8 places.
Tasty dumplings made with your kids is a great way to introduce them to the pleasures of cooking. This hands on class will be a memorable bonding experience for you and your kids, ages 8-16.
The dumplings we make in this workshop will be made with readymade wrappers that can be easily frozen. We will make classic yum cha dumplings such as the siu mai (open top) steamed dumpling with prawn, pork, shiitake and water chestnuts. They are great for kids to enjoy as snacks (15 min from freezer to stove to plate) and to discover how easy it is to cook delicious food.
This workshop takes place at the kitchen inside the Made in Japan store. The location is easily accessible by Trams #1, 12, or 55 and is minutes from the CBD. Free parking.

Transfer Policy Provided you notify me 10 days prior to the date of the class, you may apply the ticket cost towards the next session of the workshop/class. You may email me via the CONTACT page on dumplingmania.com; if you do not show up for the class, there will be no transfer or refund.
By booking and paying for a class with Lou Wong, it will be deemed that you have accepted these terms and conditions. In the event you are unable to attend the class on the scheduled date, please refer to my refund policy. In the event the class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, a refund will be payable or the class ticket will be valid to redeem at another date within the following 12 months.
