The best antidote to a dinner rut is to make homemade gnocchi. Although there are several steps to the process, each component is simple to perform and fairly easy to learn. Once each delicate dumpling is placed into the boiling water, anticipation grows when they start bobbing to the top of the pot. Placed into a pan and fried with your favourite sauce and it will be the most satisfying meal you have ever tasted.
Come and learn to make gnocchi with Chef Mirco Speri. This class is HANDS-ON and includes lunch.
