About Michele Usci
Michele Usci is an accomplished Italian Chef with global experience. He has worked in many restaurants in Italy, beginning his career in 1985 in Ancona. Michele has worked in the UK, Swizerland, France as well as here in Australia where he has been part of some Melbourne's most famous Italian establishments:Caffe e Cucina, Rosati, Il Baccaro and more recently the DOC Group. Michele is a well-known teacher and consultant for the Italian Chamber of Commerce and William Angliss Institute of Technology.
