Description

Since Roman times, every region of Italy has enjoyed its own version of 'cibo di strada' or street food - those tasty, simple, treats prepared by street vendors at markets and festivals. Sicily has arancini, Lazio has porchetta, Sardinia has seadas and Marche has the famous olive Ascolane, stuffed olives.

Chef Michele Usci will take you on a tour of Italy's traditional fast foods and teach you how to recreate them at home just in time for Christmas entertaining.

This is a mainly demonstration class with some hands-on participation which will be conducted in Enoteca Sileno professional kitchen.
