22 November 2020 • Espresso Basics - How to make coffee

I came into the class with ZERO information on anything coffee related; I'm an 'instant coffee in hot water kind of guy'. By the end of the class I had: a sense for where expertise lies, the road to get there and that I've gained some incredible insights which give me a head start. After: Espresso Basics (Level 1), operating a machine to meet cafe recipes is muscle memory; and Latte Art (Level 2), you're dialing in some cool patterns. Being a slow learner, having an attentive instructor who answered ALL my questions - even after the course - was the icing on the cake. With all the gadgets Melbourne's specialty coffee scene is using, The Espresso School's course is a HIGHLY valuable opportunity to get your foot in the door!
