frances is a wonderful human and I enjoyed the class so much. i got completely lost in time/the experience and felt really focused and energised after. I enjoyed the pace of exercises and the invitations/prompts. the setting was warm and friendly. as a neurodivergent human the sensory access was great too - lights not too bright, warm/room temp, low volume on the music, adaptions to exercises based on sensory need, opportunity/support to ask questions along the way. i felt supported/safe enough to ask for needs eg to sit on the floor because I prefer that to standing/easel. thanks heaps frances :)

I loved the body positive life drawing class run by Frances. A very welcoming space. Beautifully set up and great model/subject. Frances is so kind, supportive and positive. My drawings evolved so much during the 2 hours, so pleased with my progress.

Was so wonderful and energising. I loved the pacing, challenges and the chill energy Frances created. The model was an absolute delight to draw, could easily have spent double the time without even realising the time go by
