Description

In person workshop, make 2 wraps during the class PLUS receive the At Home workshops kit and instructions to make up to 10 more wraps in your own time. Ticket price includes a take home kit, PDF and video link, valued at $40. 

In this workshop participants will learn how to use beeswax to make their own beeswax food wraps.

Participants will choose from fabrics provided on the day to make a bowl cover and a square wrap.  This workshop will teach participants tips and tricks to get the best results for their wraps, the best fabrics to use and how to care for their new wraps.  

This is the 1.5 hour session where participants make 2 wraps and use two products. PLUS take home kit, PDF and video link, valued at $40. Our 1.5 hour workshop is usually $40, so that is $80 value for the $50 ticket price!

Small session of just 8 participants.

This workshop is unsuitable for those who are allergic to bee products or pine products.

All materials provided. 

Suitable for participants 12+.  We use an oven to melt the wax and participants are required to handle hot materials.

Please note, the number of tickets that you can choose from to purchase reflects the number of total tickets still available, if you cannot select multiple tickets it means there is only 1 ticket/space left in this workshop

Our beeswax class was an enjoyable way to spend a Sunday morning! Simmone was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Our take home kits have plenty of wax and fabric to create more at home with the techniques we learnt today.

As we purchase materials based on the number of attendees for each workshop we are unable to refund tickets. We do welcome you to pass your ticket to a friend to come in your place. Please email us if you do wish to change the name on the ticket.

We do not refund if you change your mind.
You can transfer to another workshop up to 10 days before your original scheduled event.

Enclosed Footwear is required by participants at every workshop. Hands On Brisbane reserves the right to refuse entry to a workshop if the attendee is not wearing suitable attire.

Participants are required to sign a waiver at the workshop they attend. Participants are to follow instructions, safety precautions and advice when given.

Participants are required to arrive on time.  Our workshops will start on time.  If you are not attending on the day please contact Hands On Brisbane using the contact information in the mail out that is sent a few days before the event.  If you are unable to attend on the day please pass your ticket on to a friend.  As we prepare in advance for the number of attendees we are unable to offer you a refund.

If we cancel a workshop you will receive a refund.
