I am so glad I took these classes. We covered so much-from preparing fleece, spinning different fibres, plying yarn, dyeing and carding. Our teacher was very knowledgable and supportive.

I love craft and have always wanted to try spinning. My class was run by Master spinner and teacher Carmel Hanna. In the four lessons you can use your own spinning wheel or try a variety of Guild wheels. You even get to dye some of your own spun wool. We also had a go at spinning other fibres like Alpacha and Silk. If you love wool craft and weaving this course is excellent. Gosh, I even found out why Sleeping Beauty pricked her finger on an old spinning wheel for flax. Great coffee and good food on your doorstep in North Carlton.
