Angie teaches Gluten Free cooking for everyday use. From everyday meals, to snacks and treats, Angie Gluten Free will demonstrate how to create simple, healthy and delicious options that the whole family can enjoy.

During the class enjoy tasters comprised of local, seasonal, organic or chemical free produce as well as plenty of useful knowledge on how to get more energy out of your food.

Angie Cowen of Love Life and Gluten Free is a passionate, talented wholefood chef, cook book author and cooking class expert who specialises in gluten free and dairy free food.

In all of the work Angie brings a unique passion and love for preparing food that is delicious, nurturing and nourishing.  

She shares her knowledge effortlessly and has a gift for inspiring those around her to learn more about the foods and ingredients they eat, what works for them and what doesn’t.  

She began experimenting with nourishing food in 2003 after being plagued with illness and fatigue for several years.  When traditional medicine failed to help, she focused on the food she was ingesting.  By experimenting with eliminating gluten, diary, refined sugar and processed foods, her health and wellbeing flourished.

Committed to gaining as deep a knowledge as possible of the benefits of wholefood and clean eating, Angie has studied with renowned wholefood expert Jude Blereau, graduating from her four-month intensive A Whole and Natural Foods Chef Training Course in 2010. 

Angie’s latest cook book Love Life and Gluten Free is a beautifully photographed and written book of some of her most popular gluten free and dairy free recipes.  She makes cooking for people with allergies easy – all of her recipes are straightforward and easy to follow and the results are delicious.
