In this class you will have a trés magnifique cooking experience, learning some of the celebrated favourite Duck dishes and techniques of the French with a contemporary Australian influence. We'll provide you with the skills to debone a duck and confit, cooking techniques you may not be familiar on an every day basis and teach you how to plate up to restaurant standards.

the class was a wonderful experience..great fun working in a commercial kitchen with a group of cooks. The recipes are 'simple when you know how' and I've practised them all since the class. I'd love to come back for the Christmas cook
The class was very enjoyable, Wendy was great, explained everything perfectly & helped everybody when they needed it, Rhonda was also a huge help in the kitchen. The food was amazing & the overall experience was excellent! I highly recommend this class to others.
We cooked classic french duck recipes this evening! It was heaps of fun and i learnt so many new skills that i applied at a recent dinner party. Duck ala orange was my fave and the creme brulee to die fo. The duck cassoulet was also a hit. We sipped on pinot and the presenter was very informative and great fun. After the cooking class we feasted at a lovely table sampling everyones dishes. I will certainly return again and again! Thanks also to our helper who was so efficient cleaning upo after us so... no dishes yay!
