We really enjoyed the experience. The instructor was fantastic and the class was small. I learned to cook fancy dishes with a meat that I had never cooked with before. The wine matching and education was also fantastic.

Fantastic Experience. Class was a lot of fun. The wines were amazing. And well the Duck was the Best Ever.. Really well organised. Would recommend to everyone to try this course.

Recently participated in the Hands on Duck Master class & Pinot Noir. Had a fantastic day, very informative, small class works well. I learnt a lot about roasting a whole duck & how to segment the different cuts (the crispy skin dried out for 2 days was amazing!) Great dishes, good company & overall a very enjoyable day.
