I thought the staff were very helpful.

I really enjoyed the class and learnt a lot because it was hands on. The instructor demonstrated how to butterfly a duck and the main aspects of the other dishes. She then went around and helped if needed. I went alone but everyone was friendly and we had fun sharing the cooking in pairs. The food we cooked was achievable at home and delicious. The menu was exactly as described with some dishes you may not normally try like the tea smoked duck breast. We had matching wines from Brown Brothers with a short explanation beforehand. The wines were excellent and varied. I would highly recommend this class.
