Piano lessons for all ages and abilities are available with Frances Traynes at our new studio at 75 Reid St, Fitzroy North.  â€‹

Frances is a graduate of Monash Music Conservatorium, and has been learning piano since the age of five. Her early training involved ten years of private lessons with a local Russian teacher before continuing her studies at Monash.Frances is passionate about sharing her love for music and looks forward to every lesson.

While specialising in classical piano, she encourages learning a wide spectrum of pieces including contemporary and jazz.Lessons with Frances are supportive and engaging. Each lesson is personalised to the specific goals and interest of the student. Over the course of the term students will be guided in their technical work, aural skills, sight-reading, music theory, and of course having fun learning the songs that inspire them most.

At Melbourne Piano School we also offer the opportunity for students to perform at our recitals, which happen twice each year, an important part of the musical journey!
