Description

Yin yoga is a slow - moving grounded practise, where we hold each posture for 2-3 minutes. 

It is an extraordinary practise focusing on the mind and the body. The benefits from holding a posture for this long is that it targets not just the muscles but the connective tissues, fascia and ligaments. It also brings calmness to this fast - paced culture we live in. 

I will guide you through this tranquil class, offering modifications or deeper stretches for each posture for those who wish, and helping everyone to gain a sense of stillness and of the present.

This class is for all levels. 

Sharing positivity and love, especially through these uncertain times.

What to bring
  • Bring a Yoga mat/exercise mat, blanket, jumper, a tea towel and a cushion. If you do not have a mat than find yourself a blanket or a towel for a comfortable surface when laying down.
What to wear

Sports wear or clothes you can comfortably move in

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and transfer requests.
Refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing.
To request a refund or transfer, Emily Storr requires at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event.

Missed classes.
Emily Storr does not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes.
If you can't make a class, you can arrange with Emily Storr to send someone else in your place.

Cancelled class/event.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Emily Storr, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Emily Storr or organised by Emily Storr must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Emily Storr

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Emily Storr unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Emily Storr classes and events or on Emily Storrs premises. (For use of Emily Storr marketing materials).

3.) REFUNDS

Emily Storr requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.

Emily's yin classes are perfect - they're relaxing, challenging, inspiring, informative and uplifting. Everything you want and need from a yoga class. What makes Emily such a fabulous teacher, is the fact that she knows her stuff and will explain what's happening to our bodies as we practice asanas and pranayamas. Her classes end with beautiful music and positive affirmations, which I love. Such a feel good class; I highly recommend!

Amazing! There's something for every ability in the classes and the different styles of yoga throughout the week are great to balance out with your lifestyle. I cannot recommend enough!
