Description

Vinyasa is a style of Yoga characterised by stringing postures together, so that you move from one to another seamlessly whilst still incorporating the breath. 

It is beneficial for strength, flexibility, alignment and meditation. 

I start the practice with a meditation, which brings us into an awareness of ourselves on the mat, before beginning to flow through sun salutations and a series of standing and seated asanas – or postures – and ending with an affirmation that allows us to think freely and positively about ourselves.

This class is for all levels.

What to bring
  • Yoga mat/exercise mat and a cushion. If you do not have a mat than find yourself a blanket or a towel for a comfortable surface when laying down. Also for balancing you may want to bring a chair for support so you don't come away from your mat.
What to wear

Active wear or comfortable clothes to be able to move in.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and transfer requests.
Refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing.
To request a refund or transfer, Emily Storr requires at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event.

Missed classes.
Emily Storr does not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes.
If you can't make a class, you can arrange with Emily Storr to send someone else in your place.

Cancelled class/event.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Emily Storr, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Emily Storr or organised by Emily Storr must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Emily Storr

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Emily Storr unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Emily Storr classes and events or on Emily Storrs premises. (For use of Emily Storr marketing materials).

3.) REFUNDS

Emily Storr requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.

I’m a newcomer to this class and to yoga but I already love it. Emily tailors the class to both beginners and to the more experienced. I feel positive and relaxed afterwards. Thanks Emily!

Emily’s vinyasa flow classes are fast becoming my favourite go to yoga to help me stretch and breathe the Day/week away. These classes feel to me as though they come from a dance/movement which helps to get the breathe moving and the blood flowing. Being a dancer myself I find Emily's classes to be the perfect combination to help me keep flexible and in shape.

Classes with Emily are incredible. She goes in-depth into the reasons behind each posture and what muscle groups we are working and stretching. Her passion shines through in her teaching and taking class with her is such a joy. I look forward to every class!
