Description

With a different theme each week covering techniques including  - mindfulness, breath work, progressive muscle relaxation and many more.

We will begin at 7am bright and early before the day starts.

I want to share how powerful and beneficial meditation is for us. There has been, and still is so much uncertainty in the world and while many things remain outside our control, our mindset is key to coping with difficult circumstances and facing the unknown.

With meditation we learn how to gain authority over those negative emotions we all acquire - anxiety, fear, worry, and stress, amongst others

While it may feel the whole world has been put on hold, our happiness and well-being should not. 

There is no wrong time to meditate EVER! But research suggests that the ideal time to meditate is first thing in the morning. Because your mind is free and clear, before the stresses of the day have crept in, and what a better way to start your morning, preparing you for a zestful, positive day.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and transfer requests.
Refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing.
To request a refund or transfer, Emily Storr requires at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event.
Please email emilystorr@live.co.uk to organise.

Missed classes.
Emily Storr does not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes.
If you can't make a class, you can arrange with Emily Storr to send someone else in your place.

Cancelled class/event.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Emily Storr, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Emily Storr or organised by Emily Storr must agree to these terms and conditions.

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Emily Storr

2.) PHOTO & VIDEO

I agree to give Emily Storr unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Emily Storr classes and events or on Emily Storrs premises. (For use of Emily Storr marketing materials).

3.) REFUNDS

Emily Storr requires 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.

4.) CANCELLATIONS

This is my first time doing meditation. Not what I expected, I thought it was all humming and chanting lol. But this is just relaxing and clearing the mind. Emily concentrates on different aspects in each practice and is a very calming teacher. I must say I am throughly enjoying these practices and hope to improve over time. Highly recommend.

This was my first time trying meditation so I was a bit apprehensive. Emily was very kind and understanding, reassuring first timers to be patient. We did a full body scan which felt incredible! It was an amazing start to my day and will be continuing my meditation journey with Emily.
