Vinyasa is a style of Yoga characterised by stringing postures together, so that you move from one to another seamlessly whilst still incorporating the breath. 

It is beneficial for strength, flexibility, alignment and meditation and allows us to be creative through movement.

I start the practice with a meditation, which brings us into an awareness of ourselves on the mat, before beginning to flow through sun salutations and a series of standing and seated asanas – or postures always ran to a different sound track each week – and ending with an affirmation that allows us to think freely and positively about ourselves.

Refund Policy

Refund and transfer requests.
Refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing.
To request a refund or transfer, Moksha Movement at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event.

Missed classes.
Moksha Movement not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes.
If you can't make a class, you can arrange with Moksha Movement send someone else in your place.

Cancelled class/event.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Moksha Movement students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

Another great class!!! Felt revived and free of any tension. Love the meditation to start and affirmations to end! Would highly recommend !

Absolutely loved my evening Vinyasa flow class. Emily has an amazing ability to accommodate all levels in her class. I felt so comfortable and left really relaxed!!! I would highly recommend Moksha!!!

Absolutely amazing!! I've had a few different yoga teachers but this is the first time where I feel improvements during my session. I usually dread doing downward dog but it was becoming a lot easier each time to do during the flow which was wonderful. The class is great for all levels, whilst at the same time allowing you to challenge yourself. Emily is a great teacher.
