Yin yoga is a slow - moving grounded practise, where we hold each posture for 2-3 minutes. 

It is an extraordinary practise focusing on the mind and the body. The benefits from holding a posture for this long is that it targets not just the muscles but the connective tissues, fascia and ligaments. It also brings calmness to this fast - paced culture we live in. 

I will guide you through this tranquil class, offering modifications or deeper stretches for each posture for those who wish, and helping everyone to gain a sense of stillness and of the present.

Refund and transfer requests.
Refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing.
To request a refund or transfer, Emily Storr requires at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event.

Missed classes.
Emily Storr does not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes.
If you can't make a class, you can arrange with Emily Storr to send someone else in your place.

Cancelled class/event.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Emily Storr, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Emily Storr or organised by Emily Storr must agree to these terms and conditions.

I have throughly enjoyed Emily’s Yin yoga classes over the last few months. I have never done yoga before , and feel Emily is extremely good with the execution & support throughout the class. I really look forward to my Monday evening classes as it prepares me for the week ahead. I couldn’t recommend Emily’s classes enough. Thank you!

I’m a 57 year old man and didn’t think yoga was for me , how wrong can you be. This class is fantastic and Emily is a great instructor, I’ve been doing this class for about 3 months and I am starting to feel the benefits I’m more supple and fitter. At the end of the class I feel completely relaxed and have the best nights sleep of the week . I recommend this class 100% , what are you waiting for ? Thank you Emily

I Have been doing yoga with the lovely Emily at Moksha movement since day one and the improvement to both my mind and body since starting yoga have been incredible. Having never been someone who particularly enjoyed working out or fitness I am so happy to have found something I genuinely look forward to doing. Both yin and vinyasa classes are brilliant and Emily is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher and has a very calming vibe. I Would highly recommend to all levels or even to any newbies who are thinking about giving it go.
