With a different theme each week covering techniques including  - mindfulness, breath work, progressive muscle relaxation and many more.

We will begin at 7am UK time, bright and early before the day starts.

I want to share how powerful and beneficial meditation is for us. There has been, and still is so much uncertainty in the world and while many things remain outside our control, our mindset is key to coping with difficult circumstances and facing the unknown.

With meditation we learn how to gain authority over those negative emotions we all acquire - anxiety, fear, worry, and stress, amongst others

While it may feel the whole world has been put on hold, our happiness and well-being should not. 

There is no wrong time to meditate EVER! But research suggests that the ideal time to meditate is first thing in the morning. Because your mind is free and clear, before the stresses of the day have crept in, and what a better way to start your morning, preparing you for a zestful, positive day.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and transfer requests.
Refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing.
To request a refund or transfer, Emily Storr requires at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event.

Missed classes.
Emily Storr does not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes.
If you can't make a class, you can arrange with Emily Storr to send someone else in your place.

Cancelled class/event.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Emily Storr, students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Emily Storr or organised by Emily Storr must agree to these terms and conditions.


I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Emily Storr

14 October 2020 • Morning Meditation

I’m in the fifth week of waking up and starting my day with a guided meditation by Emily three mornings a week, and all I can say is that it’s working wonders for me! From being able to, not just on those mornings, wake up by or sometimes before my alarm and feel ready to take on the morning which then sets me up for the rest of the day. I’ve felt a transition within myself, soul and mind that has been more accepting and observing of myself, others & the world we are in. There have been times that I would of felt myself loosing “control” but with the techniques that Em has been teaching and guiding us through I’ve felt myself calm into situations that I would of felt powerless to. The progression of different meditation styles/techniques through the different weeks has been so insightful and there’s really something for everyone.

There is something very special about Moksha Movement. I've fallen in love with my morning meditations! I recently took a career change and started a 9-5 office job and my morning meditation sessions with Emily are the perfect start to the day. I feel refreshed and energised with a clear focus for the day ahead. Thank you so much Moksha!
