Suitable for all levels - Movement and meditation
Come join Moksha Movement as they join both Fitness and Yoga in one 45minute session.
The first 25 minutes will be lead by Rob who will begin with a warm up, moving on to an energised, dynamic, fun HIIT workout. Focusing on both strength and cardio.
HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise in a shorter amount of time. These benefits include lower body fat, heart rate and blood pressure.
Emily will then take over and end the last 20 minutes of the session with a tranquil, slow moving, yoga practice and meditation.
Stretching after a work out helps repair muscles and reduces stiffness and soreness. Incorporating deep, meditative, breathing to improve blood circulation and providing oxygen to each muscle groups.
Ending with a meditation to help us reset, recharge and allow us to have a productive, energising, positive rest of our days.
Each class is catered for all levels and body types.

Refund and transfer requests.
Refunds, transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the class or event commencing.
To request a refund or transfer, Moksha Movement at least 48 hours notice via email prior to the start of a class or event.

Missed classes.
Moksha Movement not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes.
If you can't make a class, you can arrange with Moksha Movement send someone else in your place.
Cancelled class/event.
In the event that a class is cancelled by Moksha Movement students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at Moksha Movement or organised by Moksha Movement must agree to these terms and conditions.
1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Moksha Movement
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give Moksha Movement publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Moksha Movement and events or on Moksha Movement . (For use of Moksha Movement materials).
3.) REFUNDS
Moksha Movement 48 hours notice in writing prior to the class commencing for a refund, transfer or credit.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a class is cancelled by Moksha Movement students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

Love this class. Emily's relaxing yoga & meditation perfectly compliments Rob's HIIT. Feels like such a treat after you've put in the hard yards! Both have a great balance of developing techniques learnt from previous classes whilst also introducing new ones. All the instructions are clear and well communicated - am a yoga novice but had no issue understanding the poses. Most impressive aspect is probably the general energy. Rob & Emily are so positive, feel completely comfortable asking questions, and there's no way I'd be able to push myself as hard without Rob's enthusiasm and the consistently great soundtracks. Can't recommend highly enough, truly the perfect start to the day!

Really enjoy this class. Great way to exercise. Rob and Emily are great teachers and make it fun to do. Looking forward to doing more classes.

This is a unique class. Not only do you get a great HIIT class. Which definitely makes you sweat but you also get the benefit of a great yoga class to help you stretch out after. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and stay fit and flexible. Rob is a fantastic HIIT instructor, goes through the exercises with you, which makes it easy to follow and Emily is a brilliant qualified yoga instructor, giving modifications with every move. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
