Learn how to cook and eat like a Greek on Christmas day. We start our cooking adventure by preparing a selection of mezedes to wet our appetite such as peppers with feta, saganaki with haloumi cheese, and tzatziki dip. We then continue to our mains and will prepare a slow cooked lamb with lemon herbed potatoes, spanakopita, mousaka and of course a Greek salad. We finish off our meal with warm custard Galatoboureko - a feast for a Greek King ..
This class will take approximately 6 hours. Morning will be spend preparing and cooking all the food. We will have a quick break around 11 - 11.30 to have our mezedes and lunch will follow around 1.30 ish, finishing off with dessert and coffee later in the afternoon.
