Description

So many Superfoods, so little time! And so in our little time together, you will watch a demonstration by Marwa as she shows you how to make a Superfood meal, including our very popular Kale Salad.

What's so super about superfoods? Superfoods are foods that are mostly plant-based — in other words, they're nutrient-packed, thus promote health and prevent diseases. And knowing how to easily prepare superfoods on your own will be your quick key to a healthy lifestyle.

The session lasts 90 minutes & includes the following:
